- Certificate III (minimum requirement) or IV (desirable) in Commercial Cookery
- Strong Chef experience (minimum 3 years) required
- FIFO Chef experience highly desirable
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
- Ability to work well under pressure

- Working on-site with our teams means you'll be working 11 hours per day on a 2:1 roster (two weeks at work and one week at home).
