- We have two roles available: 1x Temporary, Full-time (until 31 August 2026) and 1x Permanent, Full-time, based in Service Office, Tempe NSW.

- As part of the recruitment process this role requires a pre-employment check for final candidates including a National Police Check.
- Support and educate the business with setting up and maintaining the financial structures to follow-up cost and performance whilst supporting decision making in line with global frameworks.
- Work closely with Business Navigation to provide insight in costs and profit and loss performance and support business steering. Perform variance analysis, review and challenge reported actuals and forecasts and first level of commentary.
- Prepare management reporting and variance to budget forecast and cost follow up.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including Accounting & Reporting Operations to ensure relevant, complete, accurate and timely Accounting and Financial and Management reporting based on standard global frameworks and local legal requirements, whilst maintain effective internal controls.
- Support the business with insight in financial performance, position and liquidity and support investment decisions and financial planning.
- Secure cross-organisational readiness and continued business growth in terms of competence, performance and succession through enabling an end-to-end approach.
- Equipped with an Accounting Degree and broad knowledge of financial and operational processes.
- Someone who demonstrates strong business acumen and has a holistic understanding of all financial streams.
- Driven by a strategic, tactical and operational mindset and can utilise analytical skills to translate business needs into financial consequences and solutions.
- Able to build strong relationships with stakeholders and through your leadership, influence and proactively make recommendations that drive business growth.
