The role of a Senior Claims Assessor will see you taking responsibility for the prompt and fair assessment of claims.You will be reporting directly into the Service Manager - Trade Credit and working within a supportive and dedicated team.Your new roleProcess claims in a timely and compliant mannerConduct all written and verbal communications with clientsMaintain a customer service focus when managing a difficult situationSupport the implementation of the Claims strategyMaintain all files, systems and databases to ensure that they accurately represent the Claim Management processShare information with the team on competitor customer activity and market issuesProvide team support/training to the team and contribute to a professional and cohesive approach to meeting QBE and customer expectationsAbout youWe are looking for a driven and motivated individual who is commercially minded and solution focused.Insolvency background or Claims experience ideally business claimsExperience dealing with brokers is highly regardedStrong experience in a customer-focused roleExcellent attention to detail and organisation skillsStrong analytical skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to effectively communicate with clientsTeam player with collaborative mindset and a high level of resilienceTake accountability and ownership of tasks acting with integrity despite pressures and challengesAbout QBEWe can never really predict what’s around the corner, but at QBE we’re asking the right questions to enable a more resilient future – helping those around us build strength and embrace change to their advantage.We’re an international insurer that’s building momentum towards realising our vision of becoming the most consistent and innovative risk partner.And our people will be at the centre of our success.
