Join our team at Asahi Beverages in Welshpool, WA as a Machine Operator - Syrup Room and play a vital role in preparing the base of our iconic beverages. You'll operate and maintain syrup room equipment, manage batching and mixing processes, and ensure consistent quality while keeping safety front of mind.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain syrup room equipment, completing batching and mixing tasks.Monitor syrup quality, completing testing and recording to ensure product integrity.Perform cleaning, inspections and maintenance to keep equipment efficient and reliable.Support preventative maintenance and shutdown activities.Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and team performance.Uphold safety, quality and compliance standards every shift.About YouProven experience in operating production or process equipment, ideally in FMCG or food.Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on quality.Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.Trade or technical background preferred but not essential.Comfortable with reporting systems and process documentation.Continuous improvement mindset and eagerness to learn.Why Asahi Beverages?
