Coordinate and oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of all banquet events to ensure seamless delivery.
Lead, train, and supervise banquet staff to maintain high service standards and team efficiency.
Collaborate with kitchen and event planning teams to ensure all client requirements and timelines are met.

Qualifications

Proven experience in banquet or event management within a hospitality environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
