1 year minimum experience and genuine passion for hospitality and a proven track record in a similar management role.
Experience in Gaming, TAB, and Keno, including cash reconciliation.
Previous experience in a similar Hospitality Duty Manager role.
Experience with Cash Redemption Terminals.
Solid understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) regulations.
NT Gaming Machine Manager's Licence (or ability to obtain), RSA, and RSG.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
Previous bottle shop experience is desirable.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Supervise staff to maintain high standards of service and performance.
Ensure compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements.
Manage stock, including ordering and maintaining optimal stock levels.
Assist with monthly stocktakes.
Liaise with industry representatives.
Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
Experience with SwiftPOS is advantageous.
