Reporting to the Venue Manager, the Duty Manager will oversee day-to-day operations and lead by example in all areas of the venue.Key responsibilities:

Lead, train, and inspire the team
Maintain high presentation and service standards
Ensure compliance with Liquor Licensing, Racing, Gaming, OH&S, and other regulations
Manage rosters, wages, cash handling, and reconciliation
Handle customer feedback and ensure smooth running of events and promotions

What You'll Bring

Proven supervisory or management experience in hospitality
Strong knowledge of liquor and compliance requirements
Experience in staff leadership
Competent in cash handling and financial procedures
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
