You will be responsible for coaching and developing our Team Leaders to be equipped with the skills and motivation to achieve their targets. Key responsibilities of this role will include:

Devise strategies that align and compliment the overarching sales strategy that will exceed the Team Leader's targets
Work to create a supportive, energetic and high-performance team culture
Align with your Team Leaders to implement and adjust strategy and performance throughout the months
Accurately report results and identify opportunities to senior stakeholders
Work with cross-company stakeholders to drive revenue growth results

Your skills and experience

Experience in sales management and team leadership
Inbound, outbound, account management and cross-sell campaigns
Proven experience within a sales
Track record of exceeding targets
Strategic and systematic thinker with a results driven mindset and proficiency with numbers
Process improvement
Experience in Salesforce a requirement
