- Manage and optimise the marketing automation platform, ensuring smooth journey execution and performance tracking.
- Plan and deliver end-to-end digital campaigns, from concept to reporting.
- Craft and review customer communications in line with brand standards and approval processes.
- Support audience segmentation and list management, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
- Analyse and enhance customer journeys using a test-and-learn approach.
- Assist in designing and launching new automated and trigger-based communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams and agencies on campaign delivery, including content creation and email development.
- Provide insights to improve customer communications, automation strategies, and overall experience.
- Work with analytics teams to interpret data and refine targeting strategies.
- Design and run A/B tests to optimise messaging, timing, and channels.
- Implement personalisation strategies to boost engagement.
- Stay up to date with platform updates and industry best practices.
- Maintain clear documentation of workflows, campaigns, and testing outcomes.
- A strong interest in social and environmental issues, with a desire to contribute meaningfully through your work
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for clear, effective messaging
- Proven experience in developing and executing EDM campaigns, with strong time management and organisational skills
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI is desirable, along with experience using automation platforms like Microsoft Customer Insights & Data, Hubspot, Active Campaign Salesforce, or Klayvio
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Strong experience in a similar role, ideally within a data-driven or CRM-focused marketing environment
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, explore new ideas, and continuously improve campaign performance
