Responsibilities:Reporting to the HSE Manager, you'll be supporting a key client, and internal functional and delivery teams in the operational aspects of day-to-day and strategic HSE management.You will be:
  • An effective communicator, particularly in providing expert advice to various internal and external stakeholders; and in seeking or providing feedback;
  • Committed to building rapport and meaningful relationships with clients, peers and Contract Management;
  • Proficient in developing HSE interface documents that support enablement of planning;
  • Sensible, objective and diligent in opportunities to learn - such as in assurance programs and incident investigations; and
  • Proactive in taking a holistic approach to HSE and the contexts in which we work in our industry.

You will be an Australian citizen or be eligible to hold Permanent Residency (PR) to work lawfully in Australia.
  • Bachelor's degree in HSE/WHS/OHS (preferred); or Australian Diploma, NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent;
  • 2-5 years of relevant HSE experience; and
  • Proven delivery of HSE programs that positively and pragmatically influence safety culture
