You possess a natural gift for storytelling, capable of captivating audiences while sharing tales that inspire and educate, creating lasting memories that enrich their adventures through the stunning Australian outback.EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST:If this resonates with you and you’re excited about the opportunity to join the Outback Spirit Touring team, we invite you to submit your CV as an expression of interest for the 2026 season.We are seeking solo Driver/Guides for the top-end of Australia, covering the Kimberley, Arnhem Land, and Kakadu regions. Our premium tours range from 3 to 18 days, with a blend of overnight stays at Outback Spirit Lodges and third-party providers.Additionally, we are looking for interest in Two-Up Crew positions (couples preferred) for all other locations across Australia.The touring season operates from March to the end of October.REQUIREMENTS:

Medium Rigid Licence
Commercial Passenger Endorsement
Current First Aid and CPR certification (valid for 12 months)
Food Handling Certificate
Required Guiding Accreditations for specific locations
Exceptional verbal communication skills and high presentation standards
Ability to solve problems while maintaining exceptional guest experiences
