- Processing credit transactions and managing the credit returns process
- Investigating and validating credit claims to ensure accuracy
- Reporting on credit activities and maintaining inspection registers
- Supporting the sales team with warranty issues and coordinating site inspections
- Collaborating with internal departments including sales, finance, and operations
- Identifying process improvements and contributing to cross-functional initiatives
- Strong administrative and investigative skills, with the ability to work independently
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support internal teams
- Confidence engaging with customers when required, particularly in support of the sales team
- A desire to grow into leadership and take on more responsibility over time
- Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- A permanent full-time role, Monday to Friday (8:00am – 4:30pm)
