- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations
- Lead and supervise sections of the kitchen during service
- Ensure high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and menu development
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with food safety standards
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to support team growth
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar, ready to step up
- Strong culinary skills and a passion for high-quality food
- Ability to lead a section and work well under pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
- Relevant trade qualifications in commercial cookery
