Project Manager Renovations

- Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of high end and luxury renovation projects
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and subcontractors for accurate scoping
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Source and oversee suppliers
- Ensure site safety and compliance
- Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders
- Address issues promptly to maintain project momentum
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in residential construction or renovations
- Strong knowledge of Queensland building codes and regulations
- In-depth understanding of the Gold Coast and Brisbane building markets
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent organisational, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and budgeting
- Relevant qualifications in Building or Construction Management preferred
