- Oversee the full lifecycle of internal cross-functional projects — including system integrations, productivity tool rollouts, and business enhancement initiatives — ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with IT security, software engineering, operations, and other teams to gather requirements and develop actionable project plans.
- Drive project tracking, task allocation, and risk management activities, proactively identifying and resolving roadblocks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key external vendors and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and effective collaboration.
- Draft and maintain essential project documentation, including project boards, requirement specifications, change logs, and final reports.
- Continuously refine and improve project management practices to enhance overall team efficiency and cross-functional cooperation.
- Bachelor’s degree or above; backgrounds in IT, Business Information Systems, or Cyber Security are a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project coordination or project management, ideally leading cross-team or company-wide initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently, with excellent prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with confidence in leading meetings, preparing documentation, and coordinating with vendors in both languages.
- Detail-oriented, organized, reliable, and self-disciplined, with a strong interest in technology and the financial services industry.
