- Defining and executing digital strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and achieve business goals.
- Leading initiatives to enhance eCommerce and digital marketing performance, including new technologies and customer journey improvements.
- Overseeing Honeybirdette.com, ensuring a seamless customer experience, optimised UX/UI, and high conversion rates using data and user insights.
- Owning the strategy and execution of global digital campaigns across Paid Media, SEO, affiliates, and CRM, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Managing digital media budgets, ensuring resources are effectively allocated to meet objectives.
- Developing and executing CRM and loyalty strategies, driving retention, customer lifetime value, and the successful launch of loyalty programs.
- Utilising analytics platforms to track KPIs, provide actionable insights, and continuously optimise digital performance and ROI.
- Developing and present performance reports and dashboards to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Building strong relationships with external partners, aligning their KPIs with the brand’s goals for mutual success.
- Mentoring and leading a high-performing digital team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in performance marketing and eCommerce growth, with at least 5 years in a leadership role; experience in luxury retail, beauty, or lifestyle brands preferred.
- Proven expertise in eCommerce platforms, particularly Shopify, with a track record of scaling digital growth and acquisition strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of CRO, UX/UI best practices, and optimizing customer experiences.
- Strong skills in digital marketing/media, including SEO, SEM, paid media, and CRM.
- Extensive experience with CRM platforms, customer segmentation, personalization, and loyalty programs.
- Platform proficiency: Shopify, Meta, Google/TikTok Ads, and GA4.
- Exceptional analytical skills, using data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
- Passionate, results-driven communicator with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Outstanding leadership and team management abilities, fostering collaboration and performance.
- Experience managing external agencies, vendors, and large budgets.
- Adept at handling multiple projects and priorities effectively.
