Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality bookkeeping, financial data entry, and administrative support across a range of finance functions. You'll play a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting and smooth day-to-day financial operations for a number of clients.

What you'll do:

Process general ledger journals, including accruals, prepayments, and other end-of-month entries

Perform general bank transaction processing and reviewsComplete end-of-month close for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Fixed Assets, and Bank AccountsReconcile bank statements and balance sheet accountsPrepare reports for Accounts Receivable and Accounts PayableProcess client and supplier invoicesManage payments to suppliers, sub-contractors, and clientsReview payroll reports and apply necessary adjustmentsAd-hoc duties as requiredWhat you'll bring:Degree in Accounting or Finance is highly desirableMinimum of 2 years' experience in a similar roleStrong desire to grow in a finance and accounting careerHighly organised with excellent time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsQuick learner with a proactive attitude * Intermediate excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, V-look ups)Please note this is a full-time, permament opportunity and sponsorship is not available.This role does not offer work-from-home flexibility.
