- Optimise Pipeline: Manage and refine your sales funnel to improve forecasting accuracy and sales performance.
- Deliver Tailored Solutions: Understand customer needs and offer Danfoss products that align with their goals.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with Field Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Leverage Digital Tools: Use CRM systems like Salesforce or SAP to manage relationships and insights.
- Track & Report: Monitor performance against KPIs and provide actionable reporting to stakeholders.
- Feed Innovation: Share customer feedback to help our product teams improve and innovate.
- Qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Refrigeration
- Some experience in an internal sales engineer or sales support position
- A consultative, customer-first mindset with strong listening and negotiation skills.
- Comfort with digital sales tools, CRMs (Salesforce/SAP), and data analytics.
- Strong communicator and collaborator across teams and regions.
