- Project Management of the LTSA projects, including onsite service and repair works
- Primary point of contact for customers on assigned projects
- Drive high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service excellence
- Ensure all outages and works are completed with zero harm and following Siemens Energy EHS standards
- Fully responsible for the technical and commercial success of the project
- Collaborate closely with global factories and international counterparts
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and uphold quality management standards
- Acts as an entrepreneur on the level of decision making during all the project phases
- A degree in engineering, project management, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in engineering or project management roles. Experience with rotating equipment is preferred.
- Collaborated effectively in teams, showing assertiveness and motivating others with customer focus and strong decision-making.
- Proven experience working in and leading project teams
- Ability to work effectively in international and cross-functional teams
- Project Management certification is advantageous
