- Using data analytics to generate insights into customer segments for use within business development and other CRM initiatives.
- Ensuring the correctness of customer data and manage any data cleansing activities.
- Continually testing and refining campaigns to gain insight and maximise usage and uptake.
- Providing support on any requests or issues pertaining to CRM.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, timelines and work with team to design robust and scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Perform system architecture assessments and provide recommendations for optimal Power Platform implementation.
- Contributes in collaboration with Melbourne Waters stakeholders on operation of the Power Platform solution and engages the team based on the requirements.
- Contributes for Power Platform CoE set up in collaboration with key stakeholders, recommend best practices and governance.
- Collaborate with client to understand their business requirements and provide solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform.
- Develop functional specifications, configure and customize Power Platform components. Analyse client processes, identify opportunities for automation, and design and implement Power Apps, Power Automate (formerly Flow), and Power BI solutions
- Assign and Manage the tasks to the technical team members.
- Participate actively in the creation and review of the Conceptual Design, Detailed Design and estimations.
- To provide expertise on Microsoft Dynamics CRM tools used for relevant development areas like integration, migration, and actively contribute on configurations, customizations of the solution.
- You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- You have at least 14 years experience, ideally within a CRM Manager or Software Engineer role.
- Ability to work as a key member of a large bid response team
- Thought leadership and expertise in one or more industry vertical e.g. Financial Services, Manufacturing, Utilities, Oil and Gas, Healthcare, Retail, Public Sector, Social Housing
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively and efficiently
- Supplies developers with any documentation or diagrams needed to execute technical tasks
- Assists project leadership and organizational stakeholders in obtaining approval for technical designs
- Strong experience in contributing for presales activities.
- 6-8 years of consulting or relevant work experience
- Ability to present persuasively and effectively
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

- 14+ years of experience implementing and managing CRM solutions at an enterprise level (Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365)
