- Operationalise excellence: Design playbooks, drive CRM hygiene, compliance and data‑driven decisions.

- Champion platform adoption: embed proprietary analytics and AI tools to surface pre‑market/off‑market opportunities and reduce admin.
- Safeguard compliance: ensure state‑based licensing, risk controls and consistent customer‑first conduct.
- Proven leader scaling Buyer’s Agent teams or similar real estate/franchise/financial services sales teams across regions.
- Licensing: Class 1 or 2 real estate license.
- Commercial and data‑driven: pipeline management, forecasting, and KPI ownership; comfortable in CRM and analytics.
- Coach and culture builder: you set the bar, give clear feedback, and develop people.
