Workforce Planner – Truganina DCAt Hanesbrands Australasia (home to Bonds, Sheridan, Bras N Things and more), we’re looking for a Workforce Planner to join our Distribution Centre in Truganina. This role is all about making sure the right people are in the right place, at the right time — keeping our DC running smoothly and efficiently.What you’ll do

Forecast labour needs and build efficient rosters.
Manage workforce planning systems and processes.
Analyse workforce data and share insights with stakeholders.
Work with operations, HR, and agency partners to meet staffing requirements.
Provide solutions for daily workforce challenges like absenteeism or peak periods.

What you’ll bring

2+ years’ experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
Skills in rostering, forecasting, or workforce planning.
Strong Excel and data analysis skills (Dayforce experience a bonus).
Great communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
