- Collaborate with a dedicated team to provide high-quality care and education
- Assist in planning and implementing play-based learning experiences for children
- Provide hands-on support to the room leader and fellow educators in daily routines and activities
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment both indoors and outdoors
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
- Working with Children Check
- Knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and contemporary early childhood practices
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a genuine passion for early learning
