You will supervise civil construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency across urban development sites. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams, problem-solving onsite, and delivering projects on time and to specification.Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate site teams, including labourers, operators, and subcontractors.
- Ensure civil works meet project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Plan daily operations to meet project timelines and budgets.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to maintain smooth project delivery.
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and enforce WHS compliance.
- Monitor plant, materials, and site productivity.
- Proven experience as a Civil Foreman or Site Supervisor on urban development or civil infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of roadworks, drainage, earthworks, and utilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Understanding of WHS requirements and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specifications.
- Relevant construction qualifications and White Card.
