This is a labour hire position with long-term potential, with the opportunity to move onto future projects as part of an ongoing program of works.
This role suits someone with solid practical experience, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work closely with the site foreman to help drive productivity and support smooth daily operations. You'll be hands-on, working with a mix of trades and labour, so a versatile and cooperative approach is key.Key Responsibilities:
- Support the foreman in coordinating site activities
- Oversee and assist with civil tasks including roadworks, drainage, concreting, and general maintenance
- Work alongside a range of trades and subcontractors
- Maintain a safe and productive site environment
- Proven experience as a Leading Hand in civil construction
- Competent with general civil works (roadworks, carparks, concreting, drainage)
- Ability to lead by example and work well with teams on the ground
- White Card essential; additional tickets (e.g. roller, skid steer, truck lic.) highly regarded
- Reliable, switched-on, and ready to hit the ground running
