Are you ready to lead high-impact operations and drive real results in the onshore oil and gas sector?Ventia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Superintendent to oversee well servicing rig operations for our major client in Western Australia.This is your opportunity to take ownership of complex field operations, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver excellence in safety, performance, and project execution.What You'll Do:As Operations Superintendent, you'll be at the heart of our field operations, responsible for:

Strategic Leadership: Drive daily rig operations, optimise performance, and proactively manage projects.
Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with our client's operations team, ensuring satisfaction and seamless collaboration.
Safety First: Champion safety and environmental standards, lead incident reviews, and ensure compliance with HSE plans.
Financial Oversight: Manage rig budgets, P&L, invoicing, and CAPEX planning with precision.
Team Development: Mentor rig managers, oversee training compliance, and build succession plans.
Operational Excellence: Lead incident investigations, manage inventory, and ensure smooth execution of maintenance and change processes.

Proven onshore oil and gas experience, particularly well servicing operations
Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering operational outcomes
Leadership and stakeholder management expertise
Financial acumen and contract management capabilities
