- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in your section.
- Collaborate with senior chefs to ensure smooth operations.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
- Assist with inventory control and stock rotation.
- Formal culinary qualification (highly desirable).
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up.
- Excellent knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and procedures.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
