Bring your energy and expertise to a fast-paced HR environment, where you'll play a key role in supporting daily operations and contributing to a high-performing team.Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to incoming enquiries via email and phone with professionalism and efficiency
- Assisting with payroll-related queries and maintaining payroll systems
- Providing support on a range of ad hoc projects as required
- Working with HRIS platforms to manage and maintain employee data
You're a confident and hilly skilled administrator and you bring:
- Solid Administration experience
- Excellent communication both verbally and written
- Familiarity with Ascender or Oracle systems is desirable
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented attitude
- Previous experience with payroll is desirable
- Previous experience in education is desirable
