Like thriving on diverse, challenging, even unordinary projects, while being supported by friendly and positive teamwork.The RoleJoin a Fast-Paced Team Where Operational Excellence Meets Outstanding Customer Service!Are you passionate about delivering top-tier service and driving operational success?As the Operations Coordinator for our Bulk Liquids, Food & Beverage Solutions business unit, you’ll be instrumental in delivering seamless, high-quality service to both internal and external stakeholders. Drawing on your comprehensive understanding of our company, industry, products, and services, you’ll serve as the operational backbone—managing shipments end-to-end while consistently meeting key performance indicators and service level agreements. Client satisfaction will remain at the heart of everything you do.As an Operations Coordinator, you will have:
  • Customer Service & Communication - Respond promptly to customer enquiries, provide proactive updates, and ensure clients are correctly informed with shipping and delivery details.
  • Issue Resolution & Collaboration - Resolve customer matters, escalate issues to the Senior Operations Coordinator, and collaborate across departments to identify shipment-related opportunities or problems.
  • Operational & Sales Integration - Act as a key contributor to both operational and sales teams, supporting initiatives to enhance customer experience, products, and services.
  • Shipment Monitoring & Quality Assurance - Oversee client shipments from order placement, ensuring no delays, and maintain quality standards throughout shipment processes.
  • Documentation & Reporting - Manage import/export documentation, invoicing, cargo reporting, and prepare customer reports using CargoWise.
  • Compliance & SOP Implementation - Follow company policies, support SOP development, maintain accurate client data, and meet operational KPIs.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need:Skills
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word)
  • Experience with CargoWise
  • Experience with Flexitanks and ISOtanks
  • Experience with Dangerous Goods handling
Experience
  • Industry Experience - Over 5 years in Operations and Customer Service within Freight Forwarding.
  • Customer Focused - Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and attention to detail.
  • Adaptable & Eager to Learn - Open to new challenges and flexible in daily responsibilities.
  • Organized & Efficient - Skilled in time management and prioritization.
  • Solution-Oriented - Effective problem solver across diverse situations.
  • Collaborative & Motivated - Reliable team player with a driven and confident mindset.
