Diploma Level qualification or a minimum 3 years experience as a Chef
Solid understanding/knowledge of Italian Cuisine and know how to handle fine, high-end quality ingredients.
Solid understanding of the importance of quality ingredients and how to make the best use of them.It is essential that you have previous experience working in fast-paced kitchen environments, high-volume and high-end service. Moreover, a confident, reliable individual with strong work ethic and sound hygiene protocols.Location:
