
Event Marketing Coordinator

- Event Guide Production: Coordinate and execute the event/trade guide from start to finish (print and digital). Manage schedules, briefs, and deadlines.
- Customer Service: Act as the main point of contact for exhibitors and visitors. Address inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Admin Support: Maintain internal spreadsheets, fulfilment trackers, and production schedules. Manage documentation and assist with onsite logistics.
- Onsite & Pre-Event Support: Assist with freight, pre-event materials, and liaising with external contractors and vendors.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Creative, and Operations teams to ensure smooth event execution.
- Strong customer service and communication skills – email, phone, and face-to-face.
- Confidence juggling multiple deadlines and working across departments.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook). Bonus points for Mail Merge and CRM/reporting familiarity.
- Ability to follow precise processes and think laterally when things shift.
- Experience in events, hospitality, admin, or customer service will be highly regarded.
- Great exposure to the fast-paced exhibition and trade event industry.
