Reporting into the Technology Training Manager, the Technology Operator will join our Learning and Development department on a full-time, permanent basis at our WesTrac Technology Training Centre (WTTC).This role involves delivering base machine and MineStar/Construction Technologies, supporting customer performance, and contributing to the development of training programs aligned with new product introductions and market needs.This role is drive-in, drive-out to Collie and surrounds, WA.Roster: 8 days on, 6 days off - 12-hour days (including meal break)What You'll Do:

Deliver operator training across CAT equipment and MineStar systems, including AOZ, Terrain, and Command for Dozing
Provide performance reports and insights to customers to improve operational efficiency
Develop and maintain training resources and assessments in collaboration with SMEs
Support implementation of new training lines and maintain WTTC training areas to required standards

Skills & Experience:

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
National competency in machine and equipment operation (e.g., dozers, shovels, excavators)
Significant experience operating heavy mining equipment, coupled with experience in Autonomous Operations
Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate computer literacy
High attention to detail, time management, and ability to work both independently and in a team
