Reporting into the Head of Digital, the Analytics Lead will join our Information Technology team on a permanent, full-time basis at our South Guildford office.This role involves leading the Analytics function to deliver strategic insights, uplift data literacy, and drive scalable analytics solutions across the organisation.Roster: Monday to Friday, 8.5 hours per day (including meal break)What You'll Do:

Lead the Analytics Team, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment
Own and enhance the Power BI data model architecture and enterprise reporting
Execute analytics strategy and build governance frameworks for advanced analytics including AI and machine learning
Develop and implement data literacy programs and manage access to analytics platforms and training resources
Present complex analytics insights and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders, including senior and executive leadership

Skills & Experience:

Experience leading teams and delivering successful change initiatives
Proven previous experience in analytics solution design and development
Advanced skills in data modelling, R/Python, SQL, and Power BI
Strong commercial acumen and project management experience
Excellent communication and influencing skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects and deliver high-quality analytics solutions
Tertiary qualification in IT, Business, Finance, or related discipline (desirable)
