You’ll take charge of multiple remedial building projects, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. From developing scopes of work and tender documentation to liaising with contractors and conducting site inspections, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring quality outcomes and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee remedial building projects from planning through to execution.
- Develop remedial scopes of work, tender documentation, and project schedules.
- Coordinate and manage contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and manage defect rectification.
- Provide expert technical advice and maintain strong client relationships.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of professional growth.
- 8+ years’ project management experience in remedial or construction.
- Degree in Building, Construction, Engineering, or Construction Management.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, defect rectification, and remedial methodologies.
- Contract administration and technical drawing interpretation skills.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Experience in the strata industry highly regarded.
- Current driver’s licence.
