- Salary: $29.70 - $30.01 per hour + 25% casual loading
- Assist in providing daily personal care and support to residents.
- Work collaboratively with health professionals and contribute to the residents' care plans.
- Support residents in activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Ensure the delivery of compassionate and respectful care in line with the organization's values and standards.
- Report and document resident progress and any changes in health status.
- Completed AQF Certificate III relevant to the position.
- Proven experience in exercising own judgment and initiative in the day-to-day execution of a position.
- Experience in the provision of a direct care service in a health-related field.
- Experience in dealing with aged, frail or disabled persons.
- Experience in the use of computer packages e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel.

- National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving unsupervised contact with vulnerable groups required for this position (E.g. aged care employment or work involving vulnerable clients)
