We're seeking a Direct Care Worker (Community) to provide essential hands-on support to aged, frail, or disabled clients who wish to maintain their independence.About the Role:As a Direct Care Worker, you will assist clients with daily tasks, working under the guidance of the ANUM Outreach Coordinator. You will collaborate closely with Community Health professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring coordinated and person-centred care.What We're Looking For:
Completed AQF Certificate III relevant to the position.
