About the RoleAs a Business Banker at IMB, you'll:

Build strong, long-term relationships with local businesses
Originate and structure lending solutions across commercial, residential, asset finance, and everyday banking (up to $10M per transaction)
Leverage your existing network and referral sources to grow your portfolio
Be an active ambassador in the business community, representing a highly respected mutual bank
Work closely with direct and broker introduced customers to provide holistic financial solutions

Who We're Looking For

Experienced Banker - At least 10 years of commercial lending experience with solid credit writing skills
Natural Networker - A strong personal and professional network in the Sydney business community
Self-Starter & Problem Solver - Someone who thrives in an autonomous role with the drive to build a portfolio from a low base
Passionate About Helping Businesses - Not just chasing big deals but making a real difference to business owners
