SESLHD is committed to enabling our community to be healthy and well, and to providing the best possible compassionate care when people need it.The primary purpose of this role is to contribute to the planning, implementation and evaluation of programs/projects to support the efficient and effective operation of the Healthy Communities team to achieve business and service objectives.The position will work within and across teams in the Equity and Prevention Service to deliver targeted programs to identified communities, support partnerships with key stakeholders, and provide advice and guidance in relation to tailoring projects to the needs of the community.Benefits:

- Demonstrated skills in building and maintaining collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work as a member of team, as well as independently, and effective organisational and time management skills.
- High level skills with Microsoft suite of software, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Current NSW drivers licence, with a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position.
