- Facilitate workshops and one-on-one sessions to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements for future qualification.
- Support in capturing and confirming the steps required for future qualification and supporting the project team for System testing and UAT.
- Develop process maps, use cases, and user stories to support configuration and development work.
- Maintain the JIRA board for requirement traceability and task tracking.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and the vendor to clarify requirements and ensure alignment to business needs.
- Support the creation and review of test cases, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Assist in identifying change impacts and contribute to training and transition planning in collaboration with Change and Comms team.
- Contribute to project documentation including requirements traceability matrices, business process maps (e.g., using Visio), and configuration registers.
- When testing is finalised, support the Change Manager by providing finalised user process instructions.
