Previous management experience - preferably from Supermarket or a Large Format background
Strong business acumen - rostering and wage budgets, inventory management and visual merchandising
Fantastic communication skills - both written and verbal
Confident managing a team of up to 20
Great attention to detail to ensure an unforgettable customer experience
Ability to delegate and manage time effectively
Proven ability to lead and inspire your team
Drive to lead a successful store
Physical skills to help manage huge deliveries and the warehouse out back!
