- Payroll Operations: Assist in end-to-end fortnightly and monthly payroll processing, including superannuation, payroll tax, salary sacrifice, and employee lifecycle transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Reporting & Systems: Generate payroll and HR reports, maintain employee data in Workday and ADP, support external reporting obligations like WGEA and income protection and assist with our current ongoing Workday to ADP Payroll Integration project.
- Stakeholder Support: Collaborate with employees, internal teams, and ADP to resolve payroll issues and provide guidance on payroll-related matters.
- HR & Administrative Support: Assist the Human Resources team with ad hoc administrative tasks and contribute to broader HR initiatives when capacity allows.
- Experience in processing a payroll function from end-to-end and all related tasks such as payroll tax, superannuation, work cover, reporting.
- Exposure to a variety of payroll types (e.g. salaried, EBA, project-based teams, or international employees) would be beneficial.
- Familiarity with ADP and/or Workday is highly regarded but not essential. Along with general proficiency in systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Highly organised, deadline driven with attention to detail.
- Team player that is willing to assist others with a customer service orientated attitude.
