Known for their high-quality builds, streamlined processes, and commitment to customer satisfaction, they deliver a wide range of residential homes, from turnkey packages to custom design options.Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team and oversee multiple low-rise residential construction sites.ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise multiple residential home builds from site start to handover.Coordinate and schedule trades, suppliers, and materials to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety, and compliance.Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and problem resolution.Ensure all work complies with relevant building codes, OH&S regulations, and company standards.Report progress and manage documentation via construction management software.Drive a strong safety culture across all sites under your supervision.RequirementsProven experience as a Site Supervisor in the volume residential construction industry (ideally 10+ homes at a time).Current QBCC Site Supervisor License - essential.Strong knowledge of construction processes, Australian building codes, and WHS regulations.Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.Strong leadership and communication abilities with a focus on quality and customer service.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.What You Will RecieveCompetitive salary of $110,000 - $130,000 (based on experience)Company vehicle + SuperannuationJoin a well-established and supportive team with a strong reputation in the industryCareer development opportunities and a long pipeline of work
