Their team is empowered to take ownership and deliver with a positive, can-do attitude.We are now looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor or an electrician ideally with an industrial or manufacturing background on a Monday to Friday roster.This role will be overseeing a team of 13 electricians and apprentices and you will be involved in keeping the workflow moving by ordering parts, planning maintenance, coordinating electrical improvements and problem solving issues on site.The successful applicant will:

Communicate effectively with team & site personnel to support electrical maintenance activites
Effectively lead a team of 13 electricians and apprentices to provide technical support with maintenance issues.
Promote onlevel of workflow and plan future maintenance activities.
Deliver improvements across the department and coordinate operations associated with the department
Maintain optimum availability of site electrical equipment and control systems.
Assure electrical compliance and control standards are in place, adhered to or exceeded across the site

Essential skills and experience for the position:

Electrical trade qualification
10+ years working as an electrician ideally with shift experience
Extensive fault finding and breakdown experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lead and motivate others
Ability to develop a high performing team
