
HSEQ Business Partner

- Provide practical HSEQ guidance, coordination, and support across the business
- Drive implementation and continuous improvement of our Integrated Management Systems
- Lead HSEQ improvement projects and risk management activities on-site
- Facilitate incident reporting, investigation (e.g., ICAM), and resolution
- Monitor trends in HSEQ data and drive corrective actions
- Maintain accurate safety, environment, and quality documentation and registers
- Support QA/QC improvements and audit follow-ups
- Coach teams on process improvements and system compliance
- Conduct contractor and visitor inductions
- Support ongoing compliance with key business certifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar HSEQ role within manufacturing or industrial environments
- Cert IV WHS (or equivalent qualification in Health & Safety)
- In-depth knowledge of WHS legislation
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Return to Work Coordination and incident investigation experience
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
- Passion for safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Ability to travel occasionally within Australia
