- Ensuring the availability, reliability, security and robustness of finance systems, data and tools, necessary to execute on day to day requirements for the business, head office and essential compliance.
- Supporting the finance team in its development and enhancement of:
- Management Reporting, develop and maintain comprehensive management financial dashboards, data and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Automation & AI, identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and streamline financial processes, increasing efficiency and accuracy using RPA and AI tools. * Project delivery in key areas supporting the finance roadmap. Including tm1 cube redesign, ERP system (JDE), reporting automation and other automation initiatives.
- Able to provide contribute to the vision for finance through the lens of technology, data and automation.
- Establishing and enforcing robust data governance standards, ensuring data quality, integrity, and privacy are meticulously embedded across relevant systems and processes.
- Lead the development, engagement and progression of all team members - ~10 FTE
- Building collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders, both within finance and across the business.
