
Senior Executive Assistant

- Work in an autonomous environment dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
- Manage calendars and inboxes with care and foresight, helping to prioritise time and reduce duplication.
- Draft agendas and drive the Fortnightly People Leadership call.
- Provide agile, responsive support to Executives, often in a fast-moving and reactive environment.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and events – internally and externally – ensuring every detail is covered.
- Arrange complex domestic and international travel, including accommodation, visas, hire cars, and navigating regional regulations.
- Manage expense reconciliation, timecard creation and processing supplier tax invoices.
- Prepare and format reports, correspondence, presentations, agendas, and minutes in line with brand and confidentiality standards.
- Maintain up-to-date organisational charts and ensure documents are stored securely.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and the EA network to ensure smooth process.
- Demonstrated experience in an Executive Assistant role, ideally within a similar industry or global business environment.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset – you’re someone who anticipates needs and acts without being asked.
- High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and a comfort level with using digital tools and platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills – clear, professional, and able to represent leaders internally and externally.
