
Executive Assistant

- Manage complex executive calendars, prioritising meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts
- Coordinate leadership meetings, including agendas, logistics, and follow-up actions
- Act as a communication proxy, handling approvals and ensuring timely resolution of requests
- Organise travel itineraries and manage expense submissions with accuracy
- Support special projects through research, data analysis, and report preparation
- 6+ years' experience in an administrative role, with at least 2 years supporting VP/Director-level executives
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and rapport-building abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Mac/Windows)
- Experience in high-tech or professional services industries
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
- Proven ability to solve problems, make decisions, and champion improvements
