- Initial 12 month contract
- Support the Marketing Manager in planning and executing integrated campaigns across Women's and Men's categories, including seasonal launches, brand activations and promotional events.
- Coordinate day-to-day campaign tasks, timelines, and creative deliverables, particularly for concession and national brands.
- Assist with campaign briefings, creative reviews, and content development across social, digital, in-store, email and Myer.com.au.
- Liaise with national and concession brand partners to coordinate marketing inclusions, product samples, and campaign timelines.
- Ensure partner deliverables (e.g. logos, campaign assets, product info) are received and integrated into campaign creative.
- Support the Marketing Manager in the execution of co-branded marketing activity and advertising subsidy tracking.
- Work with Creative, eComm, Social and Loyalty teams to coordinate asset requirements and channel readiness.
- Track asset delivery, ensuring specifications and deadlines are met across all customer-facing platforms.
- Maintain campaign checklists, rollout plans and status documentation for internal use.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Buying, Merchandise, Creative, eComm, PR, Events and Promo Events to align on campaign priorities and inputs.
- Support the integration of promotional offers and trade activity within campaign plans.
- Assist in coordinating campaign WIPs, preparing meeting materials, and following up on actions and deliverables.
- Contribute to post-campaign wrap-ups and reporting, including brand performance insights and creative effectiveness.
- Maintain advertising subsidy records and assist with tracking supplier-funded marketing activity.
- Manage administrative tasks such as sample coordination, PO processing, budget support and campaign document organisation.
- Manage team member life cycle as per Myer processes.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, campaign coordination or project support (retail or fashion preferred).
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Experience working with or coordinating brand partners, ideally within a multi-brand or department store environment.
- A team player with strong initiative, accountability and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project tools (e.g. Wrike or Trello) preferred.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Fashion or a related field.
- Exposure to women's and/or men's fashion campaigns or seasonal retail events.
- Understanding of retail marketing workflows and creative development processes.
