- Help develop lifecycle strategies across our consumer experience, understand who our customers are and what they need to make buying and selling a great experience.
- Support the creation and optimisation of consumer marketing lifecycle strategies alongside Marketing Automation Specialists. Help deliver activity throughout all stages of the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, nurture, cross-sell, upsell, retention, and win-back. This includes helping define customer segments, mapping customer journeys, and identifying opportunities for engagement and conversion.
- You will help with new journeys and optimising existing ones, requiring you to identify the touchpoints customers need across multiple channels (email, push, in-app)
- Craft key messaging and content with a focus on personalisation and relevance, ensuring all customer communications are on-brand, and using our tone-of-voice.
- Have a test and learn mindset, with a focus on continual optimisation. Building out hypotheses to test throughout the lifecycle.
- Work closely with relevant marketing and product teams to build and run communication programs for lifecycle segments.
- Relevant experience within a marketing department, including lifecycle marketing or marketing automation design and setup.
- Experience supporting digital customer experiences that drive engagement and profitability, with recent examples demonstrating campaign strategy and ROI.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms is a plus.
- Great written and verbal communication skills with a flair for copywriting and eye for effective design
- Knowledge of go-to-market project management with strong organisational skills and customer centric focus.
