- Develop and deliver B2B campaigns that increase brand visibility and referral opportunities within the NDIS ecosystem
- Generate and nurture leads from referral partners, with a focus on trust and long-term engagement
- Create tailored content that speaks to the needs of Support Coordinators, providers and other B2B stakeholders
- Build sales enablement tools including brochures, digital assets and partner toolkits
- Support sector events, expos and webinars, helping promote our services and build industry relationships
- Manage paid and organic B2B digital marketing activity, tracking and reporting on performance
- Conduct market research and stakeholder insight gathering to inform campaign direction and messaging
- 5+ years' experience in B2B marketing, ideally in healthcare, disability services or a purpose-led sector
- A deep appreciation for the importance of trust and clarity in professional stakeholder communications
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end campaigns with strong organisational skills
- Excellent writing skills and the ability to simplify complex information
- Experience in lead generation, nurturing and sales enablement
- Confidence using CRM and marketing platforms (Salesforce and Marketing Cloud experience a bonus)
